Audioslave

I have had a revelation about Audioslave and their first album. My considered opinion has always been that the album was okay but didn't really stand out.

At the moment, though, via Amarok, I am listening to individual music tracks from all my CDs, which means I could be listening to a Bob Dylan song, then an Audioslave song, then Pink Floyd, then U2, then The Dead Kennedys, and so on.

So what did I discover?

Audioslave songs sound very good when you listen to them once, and then not listen to another Audioslave song for a while.
