Yet more grounds for impeachment

Historically speaking, since Watergate, second term American presidents have usually had some sort of scandal to deal with. Perhaps the Iraq War is the only reason why the same thing hasn't happened to Dubya. The remaining 18 months of his Presidency will be interesting to watch.
