Abdur Razzaq quits international cricket

From the department of Pakistani-cricket-is-in-crisis-yawn:
All-rounder Abdul Razzaq has announced his retirement from international cricket, saying he had taken his decision in protest at his omission from the Pakistan national team.

"I have taken this decision under protest because I am mentally disturbed over the treatment meted out by the selectors who dropped me like a new player," Razzaq told a private television channel from London.
Mentally disturbed?

I have left jobs for similar reasons. They didn't want me anymore so I resigned. And usually under protest also. "Mentally disturbed" just South Asian English for upset. I remember an Indian calling events cinematic - I would have said dramatic....
