In my state of Washington, the counties with the highest percentage of low-educated population are the agricultural counties (Yakima, Douglas, Grant, Adams, Chelan) which all have high percentages of Mexican and other Hispanic immigrants, both legal and illegal.
I would like to see this map substituting Roman Catholic for Baptist. That would be an interesting comparison.
