To be fair, the Jamaican police have been quite clear that they are not suggesting murder yet, simply treating the death as suspicious (as they do with all deaths where the cause of death is unclear). The idea that they "suspect he was murdered" is simply yet another example of a PCB person being utterly incapable of understanding what is being said to them.
